Surprised it hadn’t been done before, really am. After the Irish Derby I kidded myself into believing that Shahrastani was still progressing fast and would confirm the Epsom form with DB in the KG. And reg the BC Turf – I recall Brough Scott falling under the spell of the US racing scene at the time and praising the sectionals run by Manila when most here gave more respect to Eddery’s post race comment of “Theatrical wouldn’t of beat him with an axe in Europe” or words similar…
    Anyway, over to Jimsun……

    Thanks, Cancello.

As per my post above, how should “Crowley” in “Jim Crowley” be pronounced? What is the correct pronunciation?

Should Crowley be pronounced “Crow-ley” as in “a ‘crow’d of people”? Or should it be pronounced “Crow-ley” as in the black bird the “crow”?

If someone, such as Jim Crowley himself, could give me a definitive answer, then I would urge all commentators to take note.

Tip: In my own very humble opinion – and it is only my own very humble opinion – most commentators are getting it wrong!!

    LOL
