So we have a running total of
+3.25
I’ve had a quick look Bill and I wouldn’t put you off Fitandproperjob as the trainer has good form in the last few days. For the competition I’m just going to try and maintain double points and go with the certainty of the day, boring I know but I think I can add to my total over the weekend.

Nathan
or are we both looking into the same crystal ball.
There will soon be an accusation of collusion along with waves of discontent which we have both had previous experience of.
Nevertheless the next time we select the same I will double my stake from 25p to 50p

Good stuff again bill.
We both don’t like losing and favour the short ones and the higher strike rates and it seems when we agree on one we it does well. Think we better set up the phone tipping line mate before it goes tit’s up……….

February 9, 2014 at 11:07 #467601I almost posted IVAN GROZNY this morning
Nathan
but was swayed away from it only because A P O’Brien/A P McCoy combine in the same race with Plinth. O’Brien rarely has jumpers and am therefore wary.

it is good to lose, it humbles the spirit and allows much celebration when the next winner comes along.
It can teach us frugality by means of keeping our stakes within our means.
Finally not to indulge in excessive self admiration believing we are better than the next man (punter).
Tomorrow is another day, another bet and another chance to recoup minor losses.
