I have done this. DON’T DO IT.

My worst day was when lester piggott won on a 7/1 fav and I should have put something like 600 quid on it. I bottled out because of the price, I even went to the counter with the slip written out and the money in my hand, bottled out then went home to watch it win. BUT BUT BUT, it gave me the confidence to stay with the system. Because of that system, I am 90K in debt, lost my busines, my home and my wife in that order. You WILL get 2 days with no favs winning. Doubling up is fine, but wait for 10 losers and start betting with 1 penny.

Doubling up after every loser
from an original £5.00 stake
so by the time the 5th race has started round there would be £155.00 staked in total by then.

£80.00 0n the 5th bet and the balance (£75,00) lost on the 4 losers.

The £80.00 staked on @2/5 would return £32.00 profit.

Deduct the 4 losers £75.00 and the result is a loss on the day of £43.00.

I am sorry to read your story and I hope you have managed to turn your life around.

I am only the messenger as it is not my system and I am just keeping a record of what Mark iis still doing on a daily basis.

If you have read every post since Jan 1 2008 you will understand that Mark has a stop limit in place and also that every day is treated seperately.

So on day where no favourite wins costs him his total profit (if he was in profit ) plus his bank of £2,500.00.

It is a matter of debate whether or not he can like he claims make an overall profit every year.

However the facts and figures for last year showed he made £19,657.84 at s.p. prices. and so far his claims have stood up.

It could be that with the advent of betting exchanges the market is much more accurate than in the pre exchange days and this is likely to fall in his favour.

The only way too ever check the possible profitablity of any system is to allow it to run for a number of years.

I have conveyed to Mark the concerns others have have and the stories of some who have lost employing similiar methods.

Mark has assured me that with his stop/loss in place of a bank of 2,555.00 plus any profits at the time it has not failed to make a profit at S.P. for each of the last 4 seasons.
