What a little monster. Set a searching gallop and repelled all. never missed a hurdle. Seriously impressed.

Any front runner winning at the festival has to be followed in my opinion. especially when setting such a pace.

Watched C Gillies set out at what I thought was an untenable pace last time at Haydock and was astounded to see BB sustain it which led me to back him today.

I think he has huge potential

I think Grand Vision could well live up to his name after seeing his run today!

Was strange from Boston Bob, when he started making ground on the turn for home, thought he would win easy, but seemed to keep hitting flat spots. Should thrive when going chasing though, still one to keep on the side of.

Think they fell between two stools with Boston Bob. If the ground had been like that on Weds I think they would have gone for the shorter race and probably won it – not demeaning Simonsig’s win. If the ground had remained on the good side yesterday, I think he would’ve won again – but the jockeys reported it being "dead" "sticky" and "soft(!)" after the first which would’ve suited the winner, who agin did it very well.

Agreed though – he’s still very much one to keep faith in. Wouldn’t be surprised to see him in something like the Jewson next year.

Also Mullins’ horses didn’t quite seem right this week (particularly the first two days). Yes he had three winners, but I would’ve thought he’d have expected more from some of his (especially Sous Les Cieux, who I thought ran very flat on Weds)

Watch his demeanour – wasnt happy on that dead ground but tried his hardest
