I’d love to see old Tiger Roll win this, but Mister Fisher at 8-1 looks like a decent bet.

I’m intrigued to see how tiger does tomorrow , honestly I believe he will struggle , I love Native but I think he,ll get tapped on the ground so as my earlier post I’ll stick with clan , I think nicholls will have a good few days here

For me, like they were with cyrname, the cheekpieces are a massive red flag

In his pomp he was a very strong traveller and now they are putting cheekpieces on

Makes me think he is past his best, very possible the run against Bristol de mai at haydock bottomed him

I reckon Clondaw Castle has a great chance here. He looked an improved horse for the step up in distance and the front two in the market are not convincing.

Aso is an outstanding bet now at 50/1. Have to agree with the O’Learys about Tiger Roll’s price, it really should be 40/1. Mister Fisher left his hind legs in the water at Cheltenham and blundered three out as well. It was the logical choice to pull him up, but he needs to jump and travel a lot better.
However it could be enough for such a trappy Conditions Race. It looks a bit more like a Haldon Cup to me.

I think Real Steel can run a big race on this good ground.

I’ve joined you with Real Steel DBR. Has had time to get over his bleed and I think he and Bryony might suit each other.

Wouldn’t it be something if Tiger Roll wins a G1 7 years after his first?! Can’t see it though.

I played Native last night as I’d have felt dirty if I hadn’t , I’ve never lost a penny on him in 13 runs , just hope it’s not to lively for him

I never understood the love many have for Mister Fisher until his run in the Ryanair. Ultimately he was pulled up but he would have been a comfortable second if he consented to jump the fences rather than plough through many of them! If he’s over that then i think an easy 3 miles will suit him on ground that should be just about quick enough for him. 8/1 win only.

I would love Native River to win if not Mister Fisher

TakeYourTime – absolutely. He’s one of those you wish could understand English. “Listen Fishy, those brown things, if you jump over them instead of running through them, it will be easier mate, promise”.

“I see. I’ll give it whirl mate. Neeiiigggghhhh.”

Running Tiger Roll in this was a stroke of genius. Nice one, O’Leary.

He was a solid fourth, beaten just about 70 lengths or so

The handicapper might drop him a pound or two now. ;-)

The O’learys should be ashamed of themselves, putting the horse through the travelling from Ireland then risking it in a race they proclaimed it had absolutely no chance of winning just to prove a point like a pair of juvenile delinquents. Idiots

I think that’s what the O’Learys had on their mind. The horse had to finish at any price just to show the world how “bad” his rating really is. Pulling uo was never on the agenda, it was just a race to prove he (O’Leary) is right.

Was even beaten 92 lengths, but he picked up a generous 8k for it’s connections.
