Has sadly passed away
From trainers website –
Admiral’s Secret, one of the best horses that has been at Shutscombe over the years, sadly had to be put down yesterday – he appeared to have knocked his head while rolling in the stable. Despite intensive veterinary care from the outset he only partially responded and in the end nothing more could be done and the kindest thing was to put him down. He was always a character both at home and on the racecourse, but once he jumped off no horse could have tried harder and he won six good steeplechases.
