He does seem to get a piece of the purse more often than not. The kind of horse every trainer would love to have in their barn.

I see that Abaya Du Mathan has changed ownership. He was formerly owned by the controversial Judith Wilson, who also owned other frequently raced horses such as D’Jango and Red Happy.

She no longer owns them either, so I wonder if the Wilsons’ involvement in the sport is at an end? From a quick look online, it appears that they have had some financial and legal problems recently.
