Ark on a strict line through Willamette valley may break his duck here.

Very highly tried but does have collaborative form with several runners here and really should get on top. Nagging doubt remains over conflicts of interests with other family runners and owners….

If there was no jumps racing there would be no flat.
LARRY LOOBY put in an exceptional round of jumping there and connections can rightly be proud of that horse. Well done to the jockey and stable for getting Larry spot on again.

Caernarfon can take another step forward here for Mick Channon. Seen to good effect staying on late when headed to take second.

    CUBAN BREEZE
is left clear of the field by the non runners at the top of the handicap by several pounds.
He has collaborative form which leaves him ground to find though with both
FASTUS and SHOW ME SHOW ME.
SHOW ME SHOW ME actually won this race last year and was a long way clear of cuban breeze on turf at Doncaster.
David Evans has given Frankie Detorri a good opportunity to continue his good run.

    Correction

*show me show me was second in this race last year. Cuban breeze was isolated at the top of the handicap and not left clear. Interpretating what the breaks in the handicap do is not an exact science. But the opportunity is there. There are lots of angles to the racing league to exploit, went fairly close in the final race and will give it go again another day. Fastus a very close up third.
