Hi
trabbas
,
I will try to get this off as quick as I can as I have been off line for most of the day without any signal here in "Dongle land".
winnersforu
suggested via another thread to match Formcast (D. Mail rating) with A. Massey top rated.
Perhaps it may possibly be an idea to match your selection with Massey’s top horse.
I did find one today once a N/r was declared bring the field down to 9 being 3.00 Lingfield GALIOTTO ending up a short odds 2nd, but perhaps the idea has some promise.
Can I clarify with you that you only check races with 8 or 9 runners and not 5-6-7.
EDIT (and correction) . . .
4.00 Haydock GENE AUTRY has a Massey Match

May 20, 2010 at 08:55 #296287The
999
system that was talked about in this thread earlier on in the week has caught my eye. I’m going to test it out today.
Here are the horses that I’ve found running today that match the criteria for the
999
system.
[list:1tg7pysd]
Salerosa
4:55 Southwell
11/4

[list:1tg7pysd]Brookley Lady

8:20 Tipperary

Think I’ll do an each way on Brookley Lady and a double on the other two.

I created this system as a way to ratify any selection from any exsisting source used and not as a stand alone method which I have never tried and will watch with interest.
An example being, say RPR (Racing Post Ratings) if any qualifified with 999 then it became a selection.

It seems that the selections that drift away from being close to favourite run poorly. Maybe possible lay sels
Today Falasteen drifted from 11/4 S/Life F/c to 6/1
and Sir Pitt from 7/2 to 17/2

Well today paid me diddly squat, but still, 1 winner out of 3 isn’t a bad ratio.

May 21, 2010 at 09:47 #296369‘morning chaps,
I am not sure if 999 is taking on a life of it’s own but perhaps it is unfair to clog up
trabbas
‘s thread with it and if so and
glambert
you want to continue to explore any possibilities then maybe we should open a different thread (uo to you
glambert
)
I only have the one
999
today which shows up on your list: –
KILLING MOON 9.10 Muss.

May 21, 2010 at 14:10 #296388You could try consecutive doubles and/or trebles!
Hi
Nathan
You could well be right by trying this idea of
trabbas
‘s as multiple tool but with 11 selections today how can you bring it down to a workable number?

May 22, 2010 at 08:46 #296457I think would be good if other selection methods
where posted on another thread, less confusion

When I looked on Betfair about 9-00am Liberty Trail
was trading @ 4.6, then went of at 11/8
