March 24, 2026 at 21:18 #1760896Unfortunate to find himself pitched into a more competitive race of its type than some held this term. Makes you wonder by how far he’d have won that ill-starred Fakenham HC, had he been eligible (he wasn’t).
Nicky Henderson suggested in the run-up that the Bamfords needed some persuasion to keep Mister Coffey in training this season in pursuit of that elusive first chase win. I can’t imagine he has many opportunities left.
