How come Beshabar ran at Ascot today when all the papers stated that his preferred option was Haydock ?
Very confusing for punters.
February 20, 2010 at 23:16 #278166Haydock’s inspection came too late.
February 21, 2010 at 09:41 #278198Difficult for trainers with late inspections and horses travelling from one end of the country to the other.
February 21, 2010 at 10:28 #278209If horses can’t make their first preference, they shouldn’t be allowed to run imo. Chaos would ensue if lots of trainers decided to do it.
February 21, 2010 at 12:29 #278234it was a bit sloopy of the morning line not to confirm where beshabar was going to run, they had no intention of traveling him up to haydock and plenty of scoop6 punters im sure would have been caught out
February 21, 2010 at 16:03 #278285What a strange tail carriage the horse has. Was it Kildimo that used to have a tail like that? They used to say that it unbalances a horse having a tail like that.
February 21, 2010 at 20:15 #278326So the horse was never on the M6 to Haydock? so how was that it’s 1st preference?
I think he’s a better horse on goodish going anyway.
