Just threw it away, Oisin. No need to get away from the fav and move to the stands side. Fastest horse in the race, gets done by a nose…..

Unlucky with Lightning Spear there lads.

I always hold my hands up when I’m wrong and today I got it wrong. I thought Rhododendron was stupidly short in the betting at 5/2. The drift was correct but she’s run really well. Well done those on the winner. Glad I don’t lay horses as I would’ve been laying her last night if I did.

    Well done Rhodo backers.

I fell asleep during the race- massive hangover from Downpatrick races  :negative:

Didn’t end up losing on Beat the Bank thank god, but Rhodo proved me wrong.

Well done Rhododendron backers and bad luck those with Lightning Spear, I thought he’d held on and by the look on Aiden’s face when the camera switched I think he did too..

My money was on Addeybb and no excuses there, but can’t understand why Limato was running in this a mile is just not his distance, perhaps they were hoping for a place.
Bring him back for the July Cup and let’s see him take on Harry Angel again :good:
