    Should the winner have kept the race? Perhaps – but I think William Buick is very fortunate to escape with no ban whatsoever.

    Yes I think he was lucky to get away with that, very bad interference with Surf Dancer nearly knocked off his feet, caused by other horse veering away from whip in left hand. Think William Buick could have changed whip hand much sooner.
