The people executing the orders, probably people like you. You know yourself not all orders are executed properly because of cost, probably some people skimmed some money off the top.
I saw something in the papers about Burnham should tax the super-rich, probably won’t though.
You've got to accentuate the positive.
Eliminate the negative.
Latch on to the affirmative.
Don't mess with mister in between.
