Before Cheltenham, it was 12-2 to Britain in UK Grade One jumps races this season, with the two Irish winners both being Mullins horses (Il Etait Temps in the Tingle Creek and Kitzbuhel in the Feltham).
Mullins becomes champion trainer primarily by targeting Cheltenham, Aintree and, if needed, Sandown.
