I hate those huge fields coming pounding down to the 2nd last and last – so many in contention and others who were up there fading back … I think it must affect the horses’ concentration …??? Poor HMS Seahorse suffered a very similar awful fall, just like Saint – in with every chance of a place … then crashing … Saint had never fallen before … in fact he’d completed all 12 prior races … sadly his 13th on Friday 13th claimed his young life …
