I’d work it from how many the Irish will have.
Mullins spreads, say, 6-9
Elliot, Cromwell and DeBromhead 4-7
Other Irish 2-4

Gives you 12-20 so English 8-16 – mid point is 12 which is probably fair I’d say, maybe touch high so I’d plump for 11.
