I’m using Paddypower and they seem OK. I can keep bets low. Or is it the case that most of them are more or less the same?

Hi Hovis,

How are you finding the results of each race vs the predictions that stem from your software?

You mentioned you re-wrote the software so I’m just curious to see how you are developing as you go along.

I’m finding your results quite impressive but I’m still developing the best strategy to finish on a positive result.

I think stopping at a winner is obviously the best way forward as over the space of a week or a month it’s possible to double the original stake.

Are you constantly re-writing the software or are you happy with it?

I’m just curious…

Hovis – a good day today. Interesting set of results. Betting small and easy I was able to finish up. I think the trick is to quit whilst you are ahead.

I tried the lucky 15, first one I’ve ever done and can see the potential of that.

Haven’t done a patent yet, it’s enough for now to get my head around how all this works.

I’m interested in giving that a shot. I’m using Betdaq purely because I can bet low.

I know Paddy Power do the Lucky 15 but I’m still figuring out how to place the bets.

Thanks for posting these selections. I’ve been keeping an eye on them and they are pretty consistent. Thanks for the advice on stopping at a win. I’ve been trying to figure out the most sensible way to start accumulating. As obvious as it may be, I’m still new at this so it’s taken a while for it all to sink in.

Some good results today so I look forward to tomorrow to start betting small and stopping at 2 wins. I’ll see how that goes.

I think you’ve hit onto something, though.

Keep refining the model you’re using. I’m interested in testing it further. And thanks for posting in the first place.

You’ll get better analysis from more experienced members of this forum. I’m still a newbie, at the heart attack stage, betting 50p a time.
