    I have not been following the sport much last few seasons, so know nothing about this horse, but didn’t he say something bizarre about how Kauto Star schooled on the eve of Cheltenham once?

    Stoproveritate is correct, well done again Jamie.
    Used to hear some interesting attempts by blokes in the bookies to shout this one home.

    Strawbear is in there with Killick, excellent.

    All the racecourse attempts are wrong, don’t worry ap, it is still very much open.

    Did you ever go to an aw dirt strip jump meeting ap?
    I never made it to one, it looked bizarre on tv.
    The old lingfield equitrack? strip, horses chasing the leader was like someone stood on the back of a truck holding an industrial dust and crap sprayer in their faces every race.
    I had an excellent time of it on the flat on that old surface.

    Must be great owning ones like that, wins all over the place. Just had a quick look on rp, 16 wins over fences and hurdles, ran 91 times. Fine beast.

    Outstanding stuff apracing, both correct.

    The Dagobertin fall at Worcester is etched into my racing memory. Right up there with Barton Bank. I can clearly remember the horse having to just make it over the last to be the distant winer, then the loud gasp from around me in the stand with the horse making an utter balls of it.
