Honestly just retire the horse. Let him enjoy his life.
This pantomime has clearly not been thought through and appears to be a vanity project for NH and MB. It’s all very tiresome and I get fed up of seeing and hearing Nicky these days

Watching the footage it seemed that after they had crossed the line Harry Cobden said something to Paul Townend and it was then that he jumped off. I guess he would have had a pretty good view from behind.

But ultimately it’s a bloody shame and has spoiled the entire meeting. RIP Gold Dancer

Yes similar issues here. Got my winnings paid for Old Park Star but no sign of free bets yet?

Big drift on the exchanges apparently. Has the decision been made?

If I was lucky enough to be the owner of a horse of this class I would be flat out embarrassed about this farce. I guess Mr Buckley and NH are long term friends but even so I think I would have been looking for a new stable a long time ago.

It’s just all very disappointing mostly

She’s a quality jumper, got the trip well enough in The Coral Gold Cup, gets an allowance, what’s not to like?
If the horse is fit and well and in form which appears very much the case then don’t be left guessing at home in the stable.

Wouldn’t be surprised if Paul Nicholls gives Freddie Ginger the top job. Seems to have been understudy for a while

Fantastic performance. Would it be a really stupid idea to have a go at the King George? I seem to recall Teeton Mill doing the double nearly 30 years ago. This horse seems a very similar galloping type

Stable has had some awful luck recently. He looked a great prospect today. Condolences to all the connections

That ride on Fairlawn Flyer must be in the top 5 rides of the season. So strong in a finish

Its the usual line of not letting the facts get in the way of a good story i guess.

The Betfair was certainly one, ive seen some long distance hurdle races this season that certainly came across in similar fashion
