Was Barry warned off as well? I’d assumed that he was busy with his new venture into the High Street. It would be nice to see him back.

Blinkers, Visor, Cheekpieces, Noseband, Smack on the arse at the crucial moment? All might improve jumping, for the owner if not for the horse.

I’ve given up taking any notice of indicators, mind you Iwas always told to when being taught to drive but in those days they were semaphore!<br>The thing that annoys me is that these people are so bloody stupid they don’t even know what they are doing. I work 18 miles away from home and my shift partner lives in the same town as me so we share cars week about. He does so many stupid things; he drives me crazy & all the while he’s moaning about the others & I’m thinking "you’ve just done exactly the same!"<br>I think chemical castration might be the answer. Oh the hell with it, why chemical?

I agree with Zorro. I never did see what was wrong with Ascot as it was but I’ll wait and see how it turns out. (Or did you mean Kempton, Zorro?)

I like the old fashioned charm of the July course at Newmarket but would’nt give you fourpence for the Rowley Mile!

All things considered, it has to be Goodwod.<br>

I don’t see any excuse for Dubawi being beaten. If there was a difference in the ground on various parts of the track why didn’t the jockeys realise this? It was the 5th race on the card & there must have been some weighing room chat! If the going was too fast for Dubawi, why didn’t Rakti win? He could run a race on the A14. I agree with EW, the best horse did win.

I’ve got several pink shirts; it’s what happens when you don’t sort your washing properly. I can’t afford to throw them away so I’ll have to hope it will eventually wash out!.

The disappearance of British made goods like motorcycles, tools, TV’s, radios. Remember when we used to laugh at Japanese goods.

Wop bama lama wop bam boo?

They have as much chance of getting these 430,000 illegal immigrants turning up to get their details recorded as they do of getting me to do the same.

I will never submit to this indignity & they can do what they bloody well like to me.

I was born a free man & intend to remain so.
