Is there a possibility Galvin is rerouted here? Perhaps as a prep for National
It was all due to the rain coming Ben. He said as much in the post race interview (pretty sure it was RTV), the more rain that came the more confident they were getting. He started off saying he wasn’t too confident but as the rain came they couldn’t see him beat
I’ve managed to cash out most of my earlier ante-posts for my stake, I’ve only 3 left running, all of which I’m very happy with.
Santini – Gold Cup – 33s to 9s
Fury Road – Albert Bartlett – 33s to 14s
Phoenix Way – Pertemps – 27s (price boost)
Chacun Pour Soi, Jack!
With what looks like a sub standard 1000 Guineas, perhaps not Qabala, I’d be looking elsewhere for the winner of this.
Maqsad looked awesome in the Pretty Polly an hour after the Guineas, clearly one for 10/ 12 furlongs now. But go back to the Craven meeting she beat Twist n Shake a neck over 1 mile in a maiden. To my eye Maqsad looked to outstay Twist n Shake, with the 2nd looking a speedier more natural miler. She’s currently 50/1 for this and rates a confident selection.
Twist n Shake @50s
Time to give up on a Gold Cup for Elegant Escape potato! Complete boat
SunGold, I think what Bobbyjo means is that keeping BDM in the National will keep Ballyoptic’s racing weight down, correct me if i’m wrong Bobbyjo. After all both horses are trained by NTD.
I however can’t see NTD using his stable star to benefit another in the stable.
6.10 Punchestown 28 April
Passageway for Willie beat both City Island and Minella Indo in a bumper.
What are people thoughts on Passageway? I haven’t heard anything about him here before but am very keen now. I can’t see him in any of the antepost markets for 2020 festival, I’m very tempted to request a price, he seems a Ballymore type to me.
Where can you find ‘For any race’ markets? I haven’t been able to find it anywhere yet.
Potato, I have a hunch as to your identity…
I was at a preview event last night where one panel member in particular was praising your god EE.
After (perhaps) a few too many glasses of wine, said individual burst into a monologue about how EE could win the Gold Cup, in a way alarmingly similar to your posts. He even mentioned “the team”!
Are you Oli Bell in disguise??
This is World Class. Great work.
Triumph – Pic D’Orhy 16/1 E/W (Sportsbook)
Arkle: Knocknanuss EW 20s Boylesports. 16s if Boylesports not allowed)
RSA: Santini WIN 7/2 Betfair
Fair enough. Sorry, I clearly didn’t read the article properly!
What is the likelihood of Kilultagh Vic turning up in this?
He was 790 on the exchanges this morning so took a little of that. Not that I think he can win, but surely if he turns up he’ll be far, far shorter!
Entered in Irish Gold Cup, and only entry at the festival is the Gold Cup.
Any info on whether he’ll turn up is much appreciated.
Not sure where you got that from KSS?
https://www.racingpost.com/news/latest/le-bague-au-roi-to-take-aim-at-irelands-best-for-in-form-greatrex/362609This quotes WG saying they’re leaning towards the JLT.
Not really sure what to make of it all. Hopefully goes to JLT
