Hopefully the dashing grey will pull through or if it comes to it have a painless end. Seen him last year at Kelso Borders National Meeting when they had a parade of stars/northern champions.
Great to see a horse of that calibre in the north and trained/campaigned so well..
Sorry but this wasn’t worst weekend of NH racing, Monet’s Garden had me almost in tears with his fantastic round of jumping (no bet in race), reminds me of one of my favourites Grey Abbey, Barry Geraghty will hopefully ride him again.
I am new on here but been reading this excellent forum for many a year (got rejected before due too no ties to Horse Industry) – must be easier to join now. I am over thirty and frequent the northern circuits as well as yearly trips to Newmarket, short trips to Irish meetings.
