One thing which has struck me and could also be worth having a try with is to have a tournament at somewhere like Lingfield or Newbury,Sandown,Doncaster etc.
But this could be a lady jockeys event named after Ouija Board or another top quality race mare.
A UK and Ireland team could have the following
Hayley Turner,Kirsty Milczarek,Adele Rothery,Cathy Gannon,Amy Kathleen Parsons,Stacy Renwick,Kim TinklerAnd a Rest of the World team with Julie Krone,Mary Doser and many other lady riders (Ok i only know 2)
Im sure this could be worth having a go with and plus i think MDeering could help me with this one is that Australia do have a female caller who could call a few races aswell.

i wonder if Vaughan would of stepped down if England had lost the series but he made some useful runs or if he had not hit any runs but England had drawn/won the series.
The combination of no runs and losing the series plus fielding at Lords for three consecutive days when England should of won that 1st test then the Pattinson thing it’s been a bit hellish time for Vaughan.

Have had a couple anti-post bets for Leeds outright league one 7/2, Zamorston talked me into it on the county cricket thread of all places and Shrewsbury outright league two 12/1, hoping their new signings can fire them to glory they have been backed from 25’s i believe.

I don’t think there’s a huge difference between the two sides England could well of won at Lords and were in good positions in this match but overall were not quite good enough, South Africa deserved to win and batted more professionally imo in the three games so far. Smith was monstrous today a brilliant fourth innings knock, stepped up to the plate when needed. could anyone lip read Kallis when he got out?

Yes fair play to Collingwood dug in well after a shaky start and has helped put England in a good position for the match, should make for a good day tomorrow.

After finishing last at Goodwood yesterday connections have decided righty to retire Sergeant and i would just like to wish him a happy and well deserved retirement.

First task is to watch the 80’s classic hit series the A-TEAM and see just how they managed to get Mr T ‘ i aint getting on no plane ‘ well on the plane and do the same to Marcus Trescothick.
Second task find a wicket keeper who can bat……………..impossible, so what do you do simply chuck the gloves to Pieterson and force him to stand behind the stumps.

Broad certainly is not injured, on the Notts website it says he is in the team to face Durham starting today in the county championship. i also read he was suffering from fatigue but on looking up the word in my dictionary it reads 1.mental or physical exhaustion (
tired is as far as I’ll stretch it.) 2.the weakening of material under stress.( 
dont know what that means.)umm….he’s exhausted but playing for Notts in my book that amounts to being dropped.
