Busy busy busy. Not a great race today, but something has to win it. The odds on my main selection are rather poor too.
    Chel 12.50
    Doctor Harper (2 win)
Vyta Du Rock (3 win, 4 place)

I’ll get back to you Joe :)

maninpub…feel free to pass it on to me :)

I’ve been giving it some thought. If you are truly interested then I would do it.
To further pique your interest I suggest you read the thread I have on DLAP. :good:

I suppose I really got into horseracing after I was medically discharged from the Army in ’73. I was unable to work for a long while and had loads of spare time. I bought a daily newspaper and the SCHB every week. I became very interested in developing systems and researched the methods of VDW. I came up with a method of selection that has served me well for over 30 years.

From Tonge—“I don’t know where the new generation of racing fans is going to come from”.

If my family is typical then neither do I. I have 2 sons and 2 daughters. They all know I have been a successful punter for many years yet none of them are interested in having a punt on anything at all. It’s all mobiles, texting and bloody facebook these days.

I would like one day (before I pop off) to pass my knowledge on. It would be such a waste not to. But to who?
My grandchildren perhaps? I think not. They’d think I was nuts. :)

Yep, it’s the Pertemps Qualifier and with a slight change in staking. Still all @ BSP though.

    Leo 12.50
Sea Light (3 win, 4 place)
    Electric Concorde (2 win)

    Well…That wasn’t a bad day!
Shantou Bob managed to win @ 10/1. BSP was 13.2.
That was followed up by Westerner Point winning @ 8/1. BSP was a remarkably generous 13.5/3.19.
I think there may be at least one race for me tomorrow.

I wish you the best of luck with this GM.
I do something similar myself and do a bit more than quite well. A combination of my own ratings and a look at the live market and BINGO! There’s my bet(s).

Thank you VtC for your kind words and you too nwalton for the GLM :)
Yes, Brain Power was a very good winner there. BSP was 14.19. Still a bit of a loss on the day. I’m pleased to read that you did better!
Navan has let me down today. Normally on a Sunday those Graded H/caps have a decent field size. Only 12 runners today. Not enough for my method. However, I shall not be puntless. :) A flutter in the Fak 1.45 will do me.
Small win, loaded place on Play The Ace.

    Vieux Lille (1 win)

    BSP will do for me.

Thanks VTC, much appreciated. Seemed to work too.
    Frodon won @ 14/1. BFSP was 17.1 & 4.2.
    Ball D’Arc was 2nd @ 4/1. BFSP for the place was a miserly 1.9.
So..a good start, but I’ve no idea when the next race will be. I only go for the valuable H/caps wit lots of runners. :)
