Tragic. Thoughts to all who loved him. Felt something was wrong when he fell back through the field. Too young to lose his life
Was so happy and relieved that all horses and riders came home safe and sound from the Grand National but very sad to see so many loses since. RIP to Cotton Mill and all the other horses that have been lostTwoways reported as lame on BHA website ‘why they ran badly’
Hope they are OKLovely tribute to him on the National Stud face book page. Very much loved by everyone and going to be greatly missed. There is a lovely picture of him too. RIP Mine
Absolutely devastated to read this news, especially after the positive report this weekend on C4. Such a beautiful and brave horse whose intelligence shone through. Im in shock and disbelief so God knows how his connections feel. Totally gutted and distraught.
Horrible to see. RIP beautiful baby. Looked so lovely in the parade ring. Thoughts to all involved with this lovely horse
RIP all you beautiful horses. So many, so sad.
RIP Galaxy Rock, another very sad day for horse racing. Two other falls today at Market Rasen, hope those horses are OK.
RIP Martha Elizabeth. Another horse that hadnt raced for over a year then lost her life on her comeback.
Hadnt raced for a year, then lost his life on his comeback. RIP Bailey’s Agincourt.
Thank you BlackGold. Yes you are right, at least HRI reports the deaths and doesnt rely on facebook, racehorse deathwatch or sites like this to give the information.
RIP beautiful horses.
I have been trying to find out how Gold Ability was since 16th Nov but couldnt find any info. Had hoped that he was OK as in ‘no news is good news’ but sadly not the case.
Thanks to Blackgold for getting this info. Was there any more information about him or did he lose his life on the course?
RIP Kapdor and Prime Edition. Sad end for such lovely horses.
Beautiful horse, very sad news. Thoughts to all connections who are reported to be devastated.
Could this be related to his fall at the weekend ie an undetected hairline fracture?
RIP Go Native, you will be sadly missed. That was very sad to watch. Dubai Crest seemed to just close his eyes and hope to get to the other side.
What a sad end for a good horse.
Thats just what I thought The Young Fella. After the first fence I was hoping the jockey would pull him up but as I realised he was attempting the next fence I could barely watch, then that happened. He just seemed to crash through the fence with his eyes shut. It was horrible.
RIP Sweet Irony. You must be the other horse the commentator talked about. Another bad day for racing.
Thought he looked totally out of his depth. Slipped badly at the first fence and crashed through the second. Such a waste of a beautiful horse’s life. Says that he had also just changed trainer. Bad decision by all concerned to send him to jump fences.
RIP Saludos. Too young to lose your life. Thoughts to all connections.
Too many horses have died this weekend. Makes me want to stop watching.
