Cheltenham Gold Cup
£1 point each way Al Ferof @ 40-1 (Stan James)
Ok he may not run, and he’s not run over the distance yet but 6 times out of 7 after more than a 60 day break, he’s won and fell the other time.
Main difference for viewing between Club and Tatts is that with Club you can have access to the members lawn straight in front of the main stand, whereras with Tatts you can only go either side, one on the higher side up past the finishing line and one down below the walkway the horses use to go out onto the course.
Take a look on here

Not so long ago that PP handed out diaries to all the racegoers leaving Cheltenham on PP Gold Cup day but suspect the late publication of fixtures has put paid to that as none of the diaries seem to be available until December these days.
Received my RacingUK diary and perfectly happy with it.

I’ll go with a different question. What was the name of the horse in the so called "White Horse Cup Final" of 1923 ?
At least his presence yesterday ensured an eight runner field snd each way backers of Olofi in third were paid out.
No idea if this one has been done but ………………..
Which trainer was responsible for training a horse which fell in the Champion Hurdle, the Cheltenham Gold Cup and the Grand National and what was the name of the horse ?
Ken Cunningham-Brown

A highways agency warning said anyone travelling in severe icy conditions should take a decent sized shovel, blankets, sleeping bag, extra clothing, including a scarf, thick warm hat, thick warm gloves, A 24 hour supply of food and drink, de-icer, rock salt, torch, tow rope, knife, petrol can, first aid kit and jump leads. I must have looked a right prat on the bus this morning with all that gear on..
