Hi Kendicate,
Sorry I missed your message earlier.
Yes, I’ve set up a meeting for the TRF test group on Thursday 30th at Punchestown, so feel free to jump in. The odds will update at 9am on the day as usual.
All going well, thanks for checking in. I’m currently running some analysis on the current scoring system and looking to make a few tweaks to it soon.
I’ve also made some more improvements to the “Copy Picks across Groups” feature and a few bits behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly.
I’m working on the Statistics page as well, and longer term looking to link single meeting leaderboards into festival-style leaderboards… but that’s one for down the line.
If there are any stats you’d expect or like to see, feel free to drop me a message, always good to get ideas from regular competition players.
And as always, it’d be great to get a few more of you involved. The feedback so far has been really positive and very helpful in shaping things.
Cheers
CraigMorning All,
Newbury today if anybody would like to have a go. Link on the first page to join in.
Good luck to all today otherwise :)
Big well done Tom for winning the TRF Group today.
80 points, 2 winners and 5 placed is a strong day’s work- great picking!
Really good turnout in the Grand National group as well, more than I was expecting which was great to see. There were a few who just missed out this time, so hopefully we can get even more involved next time round.
Tom’s 80 was a solid score, although still some way off the GN2026 group winner who put up 248 points— they clearly had the Hot Picks rules dialled in and made the most of them!
For anyone who signed up but didn’t quite get going in time (there are still quite a few accounts to be created), if you ran into any issues at all just shout and I’ll get you sorted. Also, worth checking your junk to see if the “You’re in, let’s get you started” email is there.
All in all a really successful test meeting- learned a lot from it. There was a bit of a wobble right at the end when a lot of people jumped back in to check the leaderboard, but to be honest I was half expecting that earlier in the day, so good to see it hold up as well as it did.
I’m still keen to tweak and play around with the scoring as well, so if anyone has any thoughts on that side of things I’m all ears.
Thanks again to everyone who got involved.
Well done MickeyJP and the podium crew.
I thoroughly enjoyed it and look forward to the next.
Thank you to the Raymos for organising, solid work!

Thanks to Kendicate for flagging this earlier, really helpful.
I’ve identified a small bug that could affect how picks were saved in certain multi-group scenarios on the same race day. That’s now been fixed and the update is live.
If you’re on mobile, please fully close the app and reopen it a couple of times to make sure the latest update comes through.
As a quick check, if you’re in multiple groups, it’s worth flicking between them to confirm your picks are showing correctly.
Appreciate everyone getting involved.
Hi Kendicate,
Thanks for flagging this, really helpful and sorry i saw it late.
I’ve had a proper look into it this evening. It looks like your picks in the GN2026 group didn’t save for races 2, 3, and 4, but they did save correctly in the TRF Test group… And you still managed to win that GN2026 group today anyway, even with half a score.
I’ve tried to recreate the issue but haven’t been able to replicate it so far. One thing I’m wondering is whether the “Copy Picks across Groups” toggle may have been switched on or off mid-selection, which could potentially cause something like this.
I’ve also checked a few other players in multiple groups and haven’t seen the same behaviour yet, so it doesn’t look widespread at this stage.
Let’s keep an eye on it for now.
Big well done Kendicate.
Played the Hot Picks to perfection today- that last race swing for a 70-point bonus was huge, and landing the Bold Pick for another 40 points with Laafi at 20/1 as well!
Lanafar, sterling effort today— you had the most winners and places (9 in total), picking up 60 streak points. Unlucky with the hot pick in the 14:55, but great shout landing Laafi in the last too— a few big calls flying around there.
Tip — click/tap players names on the leaderboard to inspect their scoring.
For anyone looking to get involved tomorrow, make sure you’re set up in time for the first race.
There’s been a good number of sign-ups over the last couple of days, so if anyone’s tried to get going and run into any issues (emails, login, anything like that), just shout on here or drop me a message and I’ll get you sorted.
As always, really appreciate everyone taking an interest- should be a good one tomorrow 🏇

Posting here as well…
The invite code for the Grand National group is DAF6A6D6
Feel free to jump in ahead of Saturday, we should have a small mix of players in there.
The TRF group will still be running as well, so you can play in one or both depending how you fancy it.
If you do join both, you can switch between groups easily on the day (tap the group name top left, once you are in multiple groups).

Landafar, that hot pick in the last busted you- unlucky! Still a solid day and a decent streak bonus overall.
Next main event up is the Grand National Meeting on Saturday. I’ll post a group code on Wednesday for anyone who wants to get involved, we’ll have a mix of forum and non-forum players in there. If you have any friends or family that might want to get involved for a day to spice up the National, they are more than welcome.
The TRF group will stay running as well, so plenty of options depending how you want to play it.
As always, there’s a meeting on the app every day if anyone fancies a midweek go and practice strategies.
I’m in.
Really like the look of this format. I’ll get my picks in before each day.
Also, if anyone enjoys these comps, a few of us have been playing a race-by-race version alongside on an app/website I’ve been building. You pick 2 per race and track it on a live leaderboard as the day unfolds.
Not a replacement for this at all, just something extra to run alongside if anyone fancies it.
Looking forward this one across the festival 👌
