Jessica Harringtons super 2 year old Cadillac runs this Saturday at the Curragh in a Group 2.

A while back I told you to back him for next years derby at 40s plus.

He will win on Saturday and his price for the derby will shorten.

    ok

Sorry I havent been here in a while.

    I have been very busy.

I have won everyday the last 21 days.

Have a ante post flutter on Jessie Harrington’s horse Cadillac for next years derby.

He’s running in the group 2 futurity stakes 22nd August.

He is entered for the derby.

Should he win the group 2 he will shorten big time for Epsom next year.

    OK

I was joking, he got 20 days for over use of the whip on Order Of Australia.

It looked like Peaceful was coming with her run and didnt make it.

Sooo if you are going to be done for 20 days on a horse that was never going to win why did he not take the chance on the whip on Peaceful.

I stuck my head out there at going 3s on Enable.
Her price was wrong in my book.

Listen to make money you have to have balls.

If you are strong on something then go for it.

Its very hard to get opportunities like that.

If they meet again I’ll be going 5/6 the two in a match bet.

More than likely Enable will turn things round.

    You have analysed the race.

    I just watched it live…once

It looked like Seamie wanted Tabors second string for Donnacha to win.
If it was a maiden in the Curragh I would be very suspicious but surely not the French Oaks !!!

Seamie Heffernan Jockey set for over a month out as ban will not start until after 14-day quarantine. Séamie Heffernan is set for a lengthy spell on the sidelines after picking up a 22-day suspension for his use of the whip in the Prix du Jockey Club at Chantilly on Order of Australia.

Why didnt he knock lumps out of Peaceful ?

    Guys

I have watched a lot of racing in my days and I just hate races run like that.
Most enthusiasts want to see a few horses in with chances on the run from the bend.
This Derby was over way out. Any good horse man knew they were gone.

We all love a bit of action and we saw none in the Derby.

I had no bet in it so was delighted with that.

The sooner that race is forgotten the better.

Dont get me wrong I am a very positive man but that race was a farce.

I told the forum I would buy the pints if Enable had won.

She had 7-8 pounds in hand on official ratings including the 3 lbs mare allowance.

If she was ready and fit to win she would have been around 4/7 or close to it.

I try and use logic when looking at horses with weight in hand and look at their price. It just didnt add up and I told the forum she was 3/1 in my tissue and they laughed at me.

Sorry guys but no pints on me this time.

    Nobody thanked me !
I was strong on Enable being turned over.

They all laughed at me when I priced her up at 3s.
VC was going 4/5 and i said that was terrible.

Fair play to John Gosden, he sent out the signal.

He said it was her first race back and that its hard to get a six year old fit first time out.

They are also aiming her for the ARC.

It was also a Mile 2F.

I also said that she will be a different horse for the King George.

The winner as it turned out was super fit and the money came for him.

Enable was a lay all week in my head.

I set the forum mad the other day by putting her up at 3s to win today in my tissue.

Its my turn to be chief muppet today

    lol

    She is 5/4 to lay.

And i think thats great value !

Forget about who should be shorter than her.

You have the rest of the field at just under evens.

I think she will be toppled.

I am a decent man, if i am wrong i will buy the pints.

To be honest I think the 6/5 is disgraceful.

Shes the public horse and the bookies are running scared, some are going evens.

You think its a shoe in, I think the opposite.

We will both know on Sunday

Would you put the mortgage on her ?
Would 75% put the mortgage on ?

All I am saying is there are better 6/5 shots out there.
I backed Sinawann today at 5/4. Now he was a shoe in.

I am not laying her to anyone at 3s when I can lay her at 5/4.

    Good man Kev

I have 3 to 1 in my head. I think others will strip fitter and JG wont be too bothered if shes beat. He knows he will get his money the next day in the King George. If you know how JG works, he doesnt mind getting beat first time out. She is terrible bad value at 6/5.

Lord North looks a decent 3 place bet if 8 stay in.

If Enable wins I’ll buy you a few pints in Dublin anytime.
I also have a gut feeling she wont win.

We are all entitled to our own opinion and thats what makes it great fun.

    Listen

If that was Tony Martin, John “Shark” Hanlon, Johnny Feane, Aido McGuinness and other gambling stables they would be hauled in by the stewards and grilled.

His work has really stepped forward in the last few weeks. Shane was very happy with him after his run here and when you look at the form it was one of the best maidens run this year. J P Murtagh, trainer

On that note the senior handicapper will be up all night looking at that maiden

    I understand totally !

To pick up them easy 20s you need a big bank and be strong that they wont win say at 10s, 12s, 14s, 16s and upwards.

One of my best friends, a great punter is doing very good at it.

For when the one great scorer comes to write against your name, he marks, not that you won or lost, but how you played the game
