    Putting to one side all the merited observations of previous posters. For me it was the Jim McGrath C4 pre-recorded Dorchester Hotel interview with J. P. McManus. It was a near perfect study in the practiced art of verbal understatement.

    For some reason I can’t get into the Inglis Drever thread, so I’ll bung it here. Wasn’t that magnificent? I thought when BJK fell it would turn out to be a dull race but I couldn’t have been more wrong. ID showed just the type of courage and strength of two years ago and what a ride his jock gave him! Ride of the week so far.
