Quote: from Gigginstown Man on 10:52 am on April 1, 2006[br]Rule out Good thyne Jack at your peril but did he look to all of ye as if he was trying at cheltenham…How could ya say the Handicapper caught up with him the way he was ridden
Why would any1 pull a horse in a 42 grand race to race off the same mark to race for less money? I guartee u if strangley Brown and Good Thyne meet at aintree Strangely will beat him again.
April 4, 2006 at 09:17 #70891If he only has a place chance in the 42k race they’d be best off waiting for the 28k win fund or whatever it is.
In the event Giggs got it wrong as Good Thyne Jack isn’t entered at Aintree.
April 4, 2006 at 13:10 #70892Agree, about Temoin. He looks to have been saved for this meeting.
April 4, 2006 at 17:04 #70893Mighty Man will reverse the form with my way de solzen if they both run on thursday in the Liverpool Hurdle imo.

He’ll be kept for punchestown but will probably face 1 of the best handicapped hurdlers in Ireland so he’ll not win there either.
April 4, 2006 at 22:36 #70895I particularly like Sir Rembrandt, Detroit City, Royal Emperor and Temoin.

Temoin is likely to take on Black Jack Ketchum in the 3m novice hurdle: can’t see him beating that impressive Festival winner, although Henderson’s charge is undoubtedly promising.
April 5, 2006 at 08:44 #70897If BJK runs he’ll surely win, that was the most impressive win of the festival I thought and whoever said Alfie Flits cheers, I’ve been waiting for that to run and was surprsied it wasn’t in the chlt bumper as it looked a real classy animal to me
April 5, 2006 at 09:16 #70898Hi Viking,
Detroit City is entered in 2 races but they are both tomorrow.
Have a good day on Saturday.
April 5, 2006 at 09:53 #70899The ONLY thing Joacci has in his favour is that he is fresher than the other runners. I dont think that this is enough for the horse to be even placed. The yard is dirt at the minute.
April 5, 2006 at 10:45 #70900Beef or Salmon is a 5 star nap.
April 5, 2006 at 10:51 #70901Grassy, did you go nrnb. Presume you did.
Mansony would be my idea of the best bet tomorrow in the Red Rum.
April 5, 2006 at 21:22 #70902For tomorrow, Blazing Bailey; for the meeting, Sir Rembrandt. Hoping so, anyway.

I seriously doubt that there is any horse capable of testing BoS’s jumping in tomorrow’s field.
Imo, they need to take him off his feet early on, and the only front runner in the race, Ollie Magern, isn’t good enough; L’ami needs further, and the rest are just good handicappers.
There will be better bets at Aintree, but BoS isn’t one to take on lightly in this particular race.
ÂÂÂ
April 5, 2006 at 23:58 #70904Bleak House in the bumper on Saturday.
April 6, 2006 at 00:11 #70905If Ollie Magern is anywhere near his best, Beef Or Salmon would be A over T by the third. That is if Beef Or Salmon decides he wants to race anyhow, I don’t think he’s interested any more.
I've stumbled on the side of twelve misty mountains
I've walked and I crawled on six crooked highwaysApril 6, 2006 at 22:08 #70906Now that Sir Rembrandt’s out, my best fancy for the meeting (I hope) is Limerick Boy, trading at 28s earlier this evening.
