Humbert Hurcacz 20/1
G Dimitrov 100/1 Ante postC Gauff 16/1 Ante post
L Samonsova 90/1Any of you guys got bets
June 28, 2024 at 21:58 #1700169Gauff playing well and on grass has a chance best price 7’s now
like you Daz I have bigger and she is the main hopeGaelic Warrior Gold Cup Winner 2026
July 1, 2024 at 10:11 #1700534Backed Hurcacz in the mens singles and Elena Rybakina in the ladies singles.
Also backed Raducanu’s opponent today. She must be a bit of value at odds against.
July 1, 2024 at 19:47 #1700564That 16-1 is looking good Darren. 7-1 not bad either. I think Gauff is really up for it this year.
I have backed Paolini (60-1) and Kasatkina (30-1) because I saw them at Eastbourne. Saw Gauff last year and backed her but she was out in the first round! Also backed Taylor Fritz to make the semifinals. He should have been bigger than 9-2 but you never know. All are better value than the ridiculously short prices on offer for the Brits though (some of whom are already out).
July 2, 2024 at 16:56 #1700605Novak Djokovic, one of the greatest players in the history of tennis, is in action at Wimbledon. And the BBC decides to show…Katie Boulter.
July 2, 2024 at 17:01 #1700607Extraordinary isn’t it? We can only hope that the British players are knocked out early so we can watch some proper tennis.
Bit like the football really!
July 3, 2024 at 14:11 #1700650Now they’ve cut from Gauff’s match to cover some Brit I’ve never heard of playing some other unfamiliar name on Court 3….
July 3, 2024 at 15:49 #1700654Backed Elise Mertens to defeat Emma Raducanu at 2.78 on Betfair.
July 3, 2024 at 19:12 #1700670Gauff has had a very easy draw. I am hoping she is in for a very nasty shock in a couple of rounds time.
July 4, 2024 at 17:51 #1700725The British Broadcasting Corporation broadcasting matches featuring British players seems fairly reasonable to me.
They show every court online anyway and we haven’t reached the second week yet, opportunities to show British players are traditionally more limited.
July 5, 2024 at 12:38 #1700792My God the BBC bled every drop from that Murray interview, I nearly brought my dinner up.
The more I know the less I understand.
July 7, 2024 at 22:11 #1701193Just to clarify Gauff did get a very nasty shock as I predicted above, but unfortunately, from my point of view, with the wrong player.
It looks miles off in the end, but probably the closest I will ever get to landing a 375/1 winner.
July 8, 2024 at 21:23 #1701296Djokovic doing his best to turn the Wimbledon crowd against him once and for all.
July 8, 2024 at 21:56 #1701304Once they realised he thought they were booing it got worse, not very Wimbledon. Great player and not his greatest fan but I agreed with him.
The more I know the less I understand.
July 8, 2024 at 22:37 #1701311I think he got it completely wrong. The crowd wasn’t booing him and he picked a totally unnecessary fight with them.
July 8, 2024 at 22:38 #1701312When I first heard I thought they were booing then clicked and he did eventually but the crowd had picked up on it.
The more I know the less I understand.
July 9, 2024 at 05:36 #1701322Someone on the men’s tennis forum mentioned it had happened before…
“I was there the night Djokovic played Rune at the USO in 2021. There were plenty of boos thrown in that night in addition to the “Ruunes” but the intent to try to bother/rattle Djokovic was clear, just like it was apparent tonight”.
