God I love Wimbledon in June.

One of the best annual sporting events:

Yes Ok, so transport’s a problem, parking’s a nightmare, and there’s a bit of queue to get in.

But what an event-

Friendly crowds; shirt-sleeve weather; the action comes thick and fast and goes on and on into the night; cracking betting heats abound; the best TV presenter bar none; traditional food and drinks; and this year the chance to be there to witness a great performance by a great champion.

Get down to Wimbledon, Saturday night – it’s Derby day.
