A fine jockey who was underrated for a long time, he’s probably too old now to realize his potential.
I like Hutch too.
Many youngsters used to pick out the top jock and say ‘he’s my target’, I can do what he does. Who but a madman would say that with AP – as close to superhuman as you’ll get?
As someone who remembers Paddy Broderick et al, I’ll be interested to see if styles continue changing as much as they have since those days.
