One ruler with cheekpieces on for a yard that’s flying seems a very decent e.w price , at bigger Orbaan is becoming a cliff horse but he,s down to 89 and was in the vacinty in both the Lincoln and golden mile last season

    One ruler e.w

    Orbaan e.w

Royal Pleasure (bred to relish a stiff 7f) and Mums Tipple (given a chance by the Handicapper) are my two against the field.

Equine bingo at it’s finest, but like an itch that needs to be scratched…

I have 16 of the field within 5lbs on latest form so that avenue isn’t helpful.

On overall form however I have the following figures:

    124 River Nymph
    124 Star Of Orion
    122 Mum’s Tipple

    117 Ropey Guest
    117 Orbaan

Top three all have from in big fields which is encouraging, and all three have wins at the course and over the distance, although Mum’s Tipple in particular is as reliable as an unreliable thing… However cover all three to small stakes with likely SP 20/1 plus each of them.

I’ve taken a chance on Gioia Cieca at 50-1 6 places each way.

I think a few had him in the handicap comp so well done anyone on. Accidental Agent gave it a good go as well!

Decent pick up on Ropey Guest at 40s :good:

WD to winners. The winner was quite fancied, from what i read this morning.

Another case of the jockeys not having a brain. Path Of Thunder ridden by young Davies, drawn low near a rail on the farside, decides to go and race in the middle of the track to be closer to those drawn high. When has the middle ever been the place to be? It looks on paper to those too lazy to analyse why it happens that high is the place to be because there’s a track bias but what happens is those drawn high who like to go forward stay there and give the hold ups drawn high a lovely tow, those drawn low decide to race sideways for the first furlong or two and give up ground and the hold ups have nothing to follow. Yes I did back one drawn low and he ran okay (Aratus).

Did we see the winner of the hunt Cup
ONE RULER and winner of Wokingham in Fresh
Think Fresh be better at 6f.

And ONE Ruler ran in this as a pointer how he cope in a big field
