Cheers Raymo and Turkoman :good: You could be right Raymo, he has been known
to throw in a howler, but he is in very good form so hopefully he, or one of
our guys, can do us a turn. I’m already covered so anything else is a bonus :good:

Zalatoris certainly looks like he could be the next big thing.
Fairly inexperienced in the PGA Tour, but looks like he’s been
    tehre for years.

Well Rory didn’t cover himself in glory today, as suggested earlier,
but one of my guys, Webb Simpson had the round of the day. He shot a
superb 65 (5 under) to get to 1 under and T10. I’ve got him at 125/1
e/w 10 places, problem is he’s T10 with 7 others so he needs to have
    another good day tomorrow.

BigG seems like you stand to have a fantastic weekend, hope Simpson does it for you!

Rory was +5 on the par 3s, that’s horrendous. But he did bounce back with 3 birdies later on and, unfortunately, bogeyed the 18th. I think that he’s still in the mix and could be there or thereabouts at the finish…

The player that slipped under the radar with a fantastic round and no fanfare was Matt Fitzpatrick. Would not surprise me if takes it all if the leader comes back to the field. And don’t leave out Zalatoris just yet, this young man has got serious game…

You never know Turkoman, Rory is capable of scoring a 64 or 65 and Pereira has never
won a tournament on the PGA Tour. The nerves could get to him on the last day with
the thought of winning a Major.

And sorry Graham but I did say Rory could implode and he did. Personally I don;t think he has the cojones to win a major now! the only way he could possibly do it is shoot something crazy in the final round and sneak it but even that seems highly unlikely to me.

You were right Raymo, at least he paid his way for me with the 1st round :good:

I feel sorry for Mito, but it’s a ruthless game. I hope he takes the good from his
game, but that last hole…..he won’t sleep easy tonight 😥

As a neutral, you have to feel sorry for Pereira. I thought he was going to win after he holed that great putt on the 16th.

I just wonder if leaving that putt short on the 17th played on his mind because that was a rancid tee shot on the last. He will have nightmares about that one for a while.
