Felt my selection today wasn’t ever in the race…
EW if the prices are BIG enough

September 5, 2006 at 08:56 #66925Provided it doesn’t get too soft at Catterick, STONEHAUGH(4.00), clear top rated(105) should be able to race up with the pace and have enough left to hold on. The colt is very consistent at this level, C/D winner, has been ridden before by decent jockey, P Mulrennan. Interesting at 11/2 or better.
Orpen Wide(102) is the only other horse that qualifies for consideration in this race, but he looks a bit short compared to Stonehaugh.
At Leicester, Dijeerr(111), looks a banker, but only if there is no strong market move for the Stoute newcomer.

Don’t fancy this horse to win this and is worth laying imo. Best form on softer ground and is up against some promising 2yo’s
