Well done Ginger…
I don’t think we’re getting value from the bookies taking early prices lately. Yesterday my selection Dancing Freddy (3rd at Lingfield but led most of way) went off at 16/1, the night before I took 15/2 for him for the compy.
He was a good each way bet but not at the early price, glad I actually backed him on the day.

Gaelic Warrior Gold Cup Winner 2026

Thanks Nathan for keeping order on this competition, no small task.

Was going to tally my own score to help you. Not bad to be only 1 point down this weekend after my picks.

Don’t know how Ginger gets such great profits, but I think Ante Post King has it wrong.
Winners are not enough, and only known with hindsight & no bookies will let you place a bet on after the race. No picking horses which odds are greater than the winning chance is the only way to win in the long run. Although that’s easier said than done. I know, I’ve tried.

You’re a brave man RR. If Gord sees that there’ll be hell to pay!

Thanks for the compliment, it’s all about per… per… per… per… well you know the word.

Truth to tell; the amount of bets I have in this competition each week… Will only take a couple of poor weekends on my part and one good one from one of you – and I’ll be overtaken. Or someone comes up with a 50/1 winner! All more likely than it may seem. Where value is concerned, I am no odds-on shot for this. Wyldeside has had more than one week with outstanding profit, Pat is consistent and many others have had good winners. Don’t write off a certain Tom Segal coming up with the goods.
