This one is normally combined with the Craven meeting, but that ship has
unfortunately sailed which leaves us with the 3 days, Friday 5th to Sunday
7th May. It very much follows the same format of the competitions run on TRF
so you are probably well used to the following. I’ll stick up 20 quid for
the league winner and a tenner for the runner up.

    RULES

You select 1 horse in each race over the course of the 3 days
In one race per day you can select 2 horses
You may chose 1 nap per day (please make clear)
NAP selections score double for WIN ONLY
You can pick a next best (NB) as a reserve for your Nap in case of being a non runner
If Nap is a N/R and your NB is a non runner the reserve of your Nap will become the Nap. (no reserve no nap)
Entries have to be in before first race of each day, if for whatever reason you are late post your entries still for later races which will be accepted but you will get hit with 20% point deduction for that day
Strictly no Edits after the off time of 1st race, all points on that day will be deducted
You may include as many reserves as you like but cannot add any after the time of the first race

    SELECTIONS

that I always play with a straight bat. These are my principles, and
if you don’t like them…..well, I have others.

Not the handiest time for this to happen. I’ve switched to Sky Glass and have boxes lying everywhere. Sky we’re supposed to tell me when it was to be put together, as in when to switch and not to do it until they say. Early hours this morning BT decide to pull the plug and I was left with no WiFi. I’m using my phone which isn’t the best with a 3 day competition to run. I’m about as technically minded as a yak so I better get unboxing and hope it all goes well.
My phone won’t let me edit so you’ll just have to take my word Mike that anything over 2/1 and up to 4/1 will get the appropriate score.

I need a screwdriver and a spanner  WTF, will a fork do

Oh yes just a short story that I was reminded of. I put my father in laws bets on for him when he rings me and tells me the horses and last September he rang and said he wanted a bet on The Rapist   I was shocked to say the least but after due diligence I found out he meant Therapist!! I am so glad there isn’t a horse called The Rapist !! He is ninety two though so I hope I am still having a flutter at ninety two :good: :good:
