The competition for the Flat season is finished, and the Jumps competition will be
off and running on Saturday 13/11/21. Entries must be in by 11am.
    It concludes on Saturday 09/04/22

I’ve started a league and I’m happy enough to run an update on how we are doing in the
same manner as I have in the previous TTTF competitions. Hopefully we can get a good
turnout, and if as long as we do I’m happy to stick up £50 for the stable that tops the
league. Depending on the number of stables entered, 20 or over, I’ll stick up a £25 prize
for the runner up. The league is under the name theracingforum and the pin number for
    entry is 000071
. You can enter at http://www.tote.co.uk/tentofollow.

Stables cost £5 each, but you also have the option to submit a free stable, whether you buy any
stables or not. Just a word of warning, you are only allowed 1 entry into any league, so if you,
like me, are having a couple of paid entries, make sure you put your strongest paid entry into the
league. The prizes depend on how much is paid into the pot, but you can be assured that the winner
of the paid Competition will receive in excess of £100,000. If you decide just to do the free one, that’s
fine but be aware that the prize for that, as far as I can see, are annual memberships to a racecourse
of your choice. There are also money prizes for each full month for paid entries, not the 1st one
as it starts on the 13th. Just my luck as I was the leader after the starting month a few years
back  Free stables can win a single ticket for a racecourse of their choice.

One stipulation that I want to make clear, is that any person who wants to be eligible for any
of our TRF League prizes must be registered with theracingforum and have their stable entered into
the league prior to the tapes going up at 11am on Saturday 13/11/21. No exceptions.

    Bonus races and Scoring

    Betfair Chase (Haydock)
    Ladbrokes Trophy (Newbury)
    Tingle Creek Chase (Sandown)
    King George VI Chase (Kempton)

    Betway Bowl (Aintree)
    Aintree Hurdle (Aintree)
    Melling Chase (Aintree)
    Liverpool Stayers’ Hurdle (Aintree)
    Grand National (Aintree)

Bonus Race Points: Additional 25 points for a win, 12 points for finishing 2nd.

    Regular Points: Grade 1 win – 25 points, Grade 2 – 20 points, Grade 3 – 15 points, Listed – 12 points, Any other race – 10 points.
Points will also be awarded from returns of a £1 each-way bet on the Tote in each race a horse runs in. Example: £1 win at 5.50 + £1 place at 1.20 = 6.70 points awarded

I think that’s enough to be getting on with. Best of luck trawling through the huge list
    of horses on offer :good:

PS Be aware that the site is not the easiest to navigate around, so anyone having difficulties
don’t be affraid to ask for help, plenty of us have pulled our hair out before getting the hang
    of it

Hopefully Bourne Losers are in BigG. I see their website is still just as hopeless!

    Cheers BigG – top man.

Looking forward to this. Think it was the jumps one two years ago that I won? Can’t quite remember but I’m ready for this. Should be fun.

    Hello

News about Shan Blue after his fall at Wetherby on Saturday.

Maybe one to use as a substitute in March?

    Thank You
    John :bye:

Thanks for posting the update on Shan Blue, John. Impressed with him on Saturday, glad he’s okay after his fall. Thought this one has a future but maybe one for spring targets.

Sorry Graham only just seen this and happy to confirm that Dark Angels will be there. :good: Thank you for doing this again.

John thank you for you for the welcome update on Shan Blue. I have him in Bobby’s TTF and thought I had chosen a good one there as nobody else had him and he seemed to have the Charlie Hall in the bag on Saturday before his crashing fall. Have to say was so happy and relieved to see him get up after that and glad to hear he will be back.

Great to see you MOM and Kendicate your very welcome :good:

Jac (Triptych), it wouldn’t be the same without the Dark Angels gracing the scene
    too :good:

Thanks for that info John I’m sure we are all mightily relieved that
Shan Blue will be back with us in the spring. He looks a very decent type
and was so unlucky to come down on Saturday.

Neil (Red Rum) I saw your comment above, are you throwing your hat into the ring?,
you’re more than welcome if you are mate :good:

We’re up to a magnificent 7, I bags the Steve McQueen part, any offers for Yul Brynner
