Bay Bridge is missing the 25 bonus points for winning the Champion Stakes, so probably best to wait until that is rectified.
I hope the ‘leader’ of the overall comp (O sue sweet) hasn’t broken out the champers because they haven’t actually won. Very poor from the Tote.
October 15, 2022 at 19:55 #1618633Bear with me guys, trying to sort this with thw Tote
October 15, 2022 at 20:19 #1618641I could do without this, I’ve ripped through them and they
say they have “escalated” the problem. I’m still waiting.October 15, 2022 at 20:32 #1618646PM sent to you Tony.
October 16, 2022 at 02:36 #1618697Apologies all, I thought I’d have this all wrappped up by now, but I’m
still awaiting the return of the Tote. I’ll continue and put my Victor
Meldrew head on in the morning. Shambles.October 16, 2022 at 10:06 #1618736BigG
The Tote say this morning that they will have a statement on Monday Morning
about when the definitive Leader Board will be available. Many Thanks
JohnOctober 16, 2022 at 10:21 #1618738What a nightmare Graham.
Best of luck for Monday and getting a definite answer..
They’re quick on the ball when it comes to taking the money..shame they fudged it up at the finishing post..
Thanks for all your hard work on this..hope you still have some hair left.

Things turn out best for those who make the best of how things turn out...October 16, 2022 at 11:55 #1618755THanks John and Jac (triptych), This is a mega feckup, it makes you wonder if
it’s all worth it. They seem to pay no heed to suggestions of a League of
Leagues, their site set up is abysmal especially for any 1st timers.
They make a lot of money off this competition, so why so many glitches?
This one is their biggest yet and we know what has happened, why can’t they
just fix it. As I said, I’m beginning to wonder if it’s all worth itOctober 16, 2022 at 12:02 #1618758What a shambles of a site they are
I find it hard to log in despite knowing my details
Picking the horses is a minefield with their setup
I have a free stable and don’t pay and find it a tad stressfulI had Emily Upjohn, I think.?
Nice to see her back to her best

October 16, 2022 at 12:18 #1618762Hello again to all of you
Sad to have to agree with all of you with regard to the shambles
of the way this competition is being run. Not to know the Bonus Races
is a basic error and with it being on the last day makes it much worse. Will post again later
October 16, 2022 at 12:23 #1618764Also like to say thank you to BigG for the regular updates

October 16, 2022 at 12:54 #1618771Bay Bridge has been given the 25 bonus points now. Hopefully the current leaderboard is correct but obviously best to give it till Monday just in case there are any more corrections.
October 16, 2022 at 14:19 #1618787Hello again
Good to see that Bay Bridge has been given the extra 25 Points.
I have to be honest and say that I feel disappointed at the way
this competition is being run. Where it not for being one of my
favourite competitions and trying to have a top ten entry for more
than 30 years I would consider not entering any more, but in the
hope that lessons can be learned in the future I will try and find
my lucky pin for the coming NH season.Once again thank you to BigG for his updates each week.
Many Thanks
JohnOctober 16, 2022 at 18:24 #1618807I had a heavy rant again, probably for all the good it did, but
eventually things have been rectified. Still watching the Liverpool
Man City game so apologies for not posting this earlier.Eventually, we have a WINNER and it is EDANTONY
The gloss slightly taken off by the ballsup at the tote, but Tony was up at
the top until the penultimate week, but won it back with the terrific win
of Bay Bridge. Superb stuff Tony and I’ll be in touch with you on PM to
arrange your prize. Well done mateMichael, what can I say. It’s got to be the cruelest way to lose out on
a competition. You had a marvelous run and there was so little between
yourself and Tony. It was a great stable you had and some tight calls
were all that seperated you. Very well played, a terrific 2nd, even
though it might not feel like it now. Well played mateNumpty On The Flat, certainly no sign of a numpty about your score. Very
well played especially as you climbed that League ladder regularly.
Well doneSo many good players, it was a privilage to be involved with this
League. Many thanks for all that got involved, and here is the full

177.14October 16, 2022 at 20:07 #1618814Well done Tony. Thanks for all the score updates BigG.
October 16, 2022 at 20:14 #1618815Commiserations to Michael; I thought you had it after Alpinista won the Arc with Luxembourg finishing down the field for me. I kept Bay Bridge in during the sub window somewhat by default as Desert Crown was injured and Nature Strip wasn’t due to run in any more races that would count (only G1 for outside of GB/IRE/FR). But with the ground being soft I did have a slight suspicion that if Stoute had him in good form he could do the business if Baaeed didn’t handle the conditions.
Many thanks to Graham for setting up the league and giving regular updates. My handful of paid entries in the TTF comp were fairly mediocre this year, but having my free one in a few private leagues with prizes kept things interesting and I enjoyed following this thread throughout the year. I tend to post mainly on another forum but if I get more time I’ll try to frequent the other boards on here more often rather than just lurking, though I can’t promise I’ll have that much useful input!
October 16, 2022 at 23:38 #1618830Many congratulations Tony, and thanks for your kind words. You’re a very worthy winner after leading for so many weeks of the comp, it would’ve been cruel of me to pinch it so late almost! Bay Bridge was an inspired selection by you and a fitting way to win it.
The flat wouldn’t be my natural habitat, so I’ve shocked myself tbh given how well I’ve performed as I always found the flat TTF pretty impossible as a result. I think the Tote not starting it until Oaks day was a big advantage for me as I felt I had a handle on the horses which I wouldn’t have if we started on Guineas day.
Thanks as always to Graham for running the competition and providing the weekly updates which are always a great read.
Hopefully, we will do it again for the jumps, despite the Tote’s tech issues.
