1/ 3-40 Wincanton – Marcus 50-1 1st<br>2/ 3-50 Southwell – Briarwood Bear Place 2nd at 40-1.

January was not a good month for my selections and I made a loss of 10 pts:(   ÂÂÂ
I am now 68 pts in profit on the basis of level stakes/early prices obtained since I started 5 months ago.
3:40 Wincanton — Nougat De L’isle has improved recently & would have won last time out if keeping straight. Likes Wincanton and may prefer the better ground more than some of his rivals. Backed e/way at 5/1.
