Yes ZILZAL there were a few awful games during the week and the foreign players don’t like midweek cup competition as they are brought in and therefore don’t like to be considered bit part players.
Manchester United vs Spursy
Current score 2-2
Macktominay to have 1 + shot on target 🎯 @ 9/2
Interesting price he’s come on as a replacement and is known to like having a go from anywhere. Replacing Erickson he is likely to have a restricted role as provider but could be argued to actually have a free hand here…January 15, 2024 at 07:51 #1677431Close but no cigar.
Bookie gets away Scott free as macktominay had a free header at the death but blazed it over.
Most strikers know what is needed when you get a free header but they seem to be a dying breed few could head the ball like Trevor Whymark it was an art and I do know however that the Suffolk based player suffered from dementia in these later years and I do wonder if heading the ball concerns players now they know the huge impact even todays softer ball may have on their futures….January 17, 2024 at 21:11 #1677686Blackpool have been in the news recently and the tangerine dream can land a draw here. It’s 9/2. The score is 2-1 city.
After the towering inferNO Blackpool may well be fired 🔥 up .January 20, 2024 at 08:59 #16779089/2 paid nicely and with Amber dew also obliging at the same price a decent end of week.
Tonight’s offering involves Brentford bets and it’s almost inconceivable that the betting scandal with no lose accounts that rocked racing twenty five or so years ago isn’t happening in soccer. I’ve no evidence to prove it but the conflict of interest going on is very clear. spot fixing has been proven with first break in play bets being withdrawn when suspicious betting patterns preceed outcomes.
The biggest scandal that never was in recent football involved Ivan Toney who despite his lengthy ban was treated with kid gloves. There was no talk of contriteness. And Toney himself hasn’t mentioned rehabilitation treatment for gambling addiction or the effect on supporters or even apologised. He’s been on a good whack and trained with his peers. He has had a bloody good holiday and if you think he isn’t going to back himself to score tonight via a friend’s bookmakers you are a Trappist monk!!!!
The fa has had to listen to accusations that they took away his chances of playing for England 🏴 in the World Cup.
The betting scandal involving players in the sixties saw guys go to prison and they lost absolutely everything.
Footballers and the game it self really is lost in Hollywood. Hollywood bets have made no statement either. So long as players and fans gamble responsibly alls well and good.
With var in place a penalty almost looks inevitable. Wait and see.
To confirm that Thomas frank has made the “disgraced” footballer captain in their eyes with a bookmaker heavily backing the club he can do no wrong.
Almost the bet of the day (in Ivan Toneys eyes)
Ivan Toney
To score at anytime 1/1
A penalty to be taken 13/8January 20, 2024 at 12:36 #1677940Arsenal vs Crystal Palace
Arsenal to score three goals +
@ 5/4
The match is underway and captain black has again reasserted his love ❤️ for his players.
Personally I’d prefer a hard love manager who said he hated me and wanted to get the best out of me because I’m sure his players don’t feel the same way about him except his feelings for his players isn’t getting the best out of them and maybe he should say he loves them but if they don’t perform he’d love to sell them for better players. lose this one or draw and that will be that.January 20, 2024 at 17:08 #1677963Another winner
Arsenal turned up and showed some love for the manager but with the opposition in transition with “wroy” next for the boot and Potter in the stands, it is hard to look beyond Liverpool and Man City here.
Already advised due to betting patterns and circumstances….Brentford vs Nottingham Forest
1730
Ivan Toney
To score at anytime 1/1
A penalty to be taken 13/8January 20, 2024 at 17:59 #1677975You old cynic,Sam! The Tricky Trees’ wall was just too wooden!
Whoever organised those ‘contrasting’ team strips should be shot!January 20, 2024 at 19:14 #1677980The tree 🌲 factor looms large!!
Brentford to have 1+ shot on target from 85 mins to full time @ 11/10January 20, 2024 at 23:27 #1678009I had a bit on Toney to score any time. Thanks Sam
January 21, 2024 at 04:09 #1678041Nice one Bladeblaster. Much was made of his fitness but every indication was given that he’d looked after himself was sharp and had “trained on”. Making him captain was a nice way of welcoming him back but he wasn’t coming back from injury, he was coming back from admitting to over 200 charges of breaking specific rules over gambling. Getting that in perspective it would likely mean many other offences may have been overlooked or deemed not serious enough to raise a charge to and yet 200+ were so.
The club has to look after their asset but the whole affair appears not to have been dealt with seriously and in terms of player welfare very little over dealing with a clear and obvious conflict of interest throughout the sport with its very unhealthy close relationship with bookmakers. Players earning millions sporting the name of a casino or bookmaker who in turn offers odds on the outcome of events surrounding their own sponsored players. The effect on fans is a whole other can of worms and yet it isn’t other it is uncomfortably and closely related and when pattterns reveal a strong link to outcomes particularly spot betting and client affordability welfare issues which remain undealt with by the football authorities or there clear to see.
His comments indicated “he is not the bad guy here” in his opinion. The big question is did he back himself yesterday? Who is to say? Toneybet!!! He was always going to score. It is January and is Arsenal don’t splash the cash on this player I’d be very surprised as they lack that “20 a day habit”striker and the quality of turf accountants in and around the emirates is so much better than in west London.January 21, 2024 at 11:59 #1678078Leeds United vs Preston North End.
Ipswich and saints lie seven clear of the dammed Leeds United.
They need to be kept up to the job here to keep in touch or their only hope is a play off place which leaves a lot to chance unless they finish last of the play off teams then there is no pressure.
A win today is essential as are goals and both could flow today if tough nuts to crack Preston don’t keep discipline.
A player to be dismissed @ 4/1
Leeds to score 3+ goals @ 6/5
Sheffield utd
Ollie Mcburnnie to score at anytimeOlly Mcburnnie is on to match the club record or consecutive goals if he can bag for the fourth time here. It was last achieved by a chap called Freddie in 1963 and with players away for West Ham there are going to be defensive gaps and opportunities aplenty as the happy hammers on the road look potentially dodgey with top striker on ankle fitness test.
January 21, 2024 at 20:24 #1678179“Ollie Mcburnnie to score at anytime”

OLLY COME ON DOWN!!!
He scores a penalty in added time to take points off west ham and salvage a point.January 24, 2024 at 19:59 #1678380Fulham vs Liverpool

Liverpool to win @ evensJanuary 24, 2024 at 23:06 #1678419Liverpool opening at Evens to win the final, Seems fair enough to me. Are you on pulling out that garden wheelbarrow, Sam?
January 26, 2024 at 20:59 #1678602You’ll be suprised methinks new Chelsea under potch could well be a different proposition in the final. Hopefully both sides will finally muster up a goal.
Spurs vs Man City
Two sides with d great tradition in jcup football. Even though Spurs gave a goof defensive effort in the first half, it was Manchester all the way.
They look like they have an extra two gears as yet unapplied. this second half
Should see man city pull clear based on their first half effort.February 1, 2024 at 18:21 #1679254Six Nations tomorrow Sam, are you planning on pulling the bookies’ trousers down as you did at the World Cup? 🏉🏉🏉
February 7, 2024 at 20:40 #1680274Aston Villa to have one + first half shot on target 11/10
