    Plumpton specialist of the 2000s has died at 25.

    Described by Anna Newton-Smith as “a real Plumpton horse” The Hardy Boy was a true favourite of both our team and racegoers. Over his career at Plumpton, he ran 30 times, securing 6 memorable victories under the guidance of Liam Heard and Mattie Batchelor.

    Everyone who watched him race will remember his grit, heart, and those unforgettable moments on the course. He will be sorely missed.”
