    Broke down between the final two flights in the 3:10 at Thurles today. Unfortunately he couldn’t be saved. A horse with SEVEN runs in NHF and just one previous outing over hurdles looked well beaten almost a mile from home. Geraghty kept pushing him into 2nd position and all of a sudden after such an effort the horse broke down very badly. Not sure the turning track suited him and certainly there was too much pushing towards the end. Could have been the sesamoid, I don’t know. But sad to end like that. Especially when you are totally out of breath and you wait for the final bullet.

    Drifted from 1.17 to 1.41 in the ten minutes before the off.
