March 15, 2017 at 15:07 #1292326Doesn’t look like you put anything up in the Queen Mum, so I’ll sit it out. In the X-Country, Valadom EW.
No, scratch that. I didn’t realise it was only 3 places. Colour Squadron EW.

Was he a non-trier last time?Value Is EverythingMarch 15, 2017 at 16:34 #1292356Cheering it on for you Gord.

Was he a non-trier last time?Ginge he’s been a plot horse yet again..Blatant Schooling in public last time, loves Cheltenham…Bobby VTC got the 20’s so I tip my crown to him but he knows I hammered him at 12’s down.I’d love to fight ‘Zark’ now…He’d last all of 2 secs.TAPK’s buzzing at half time.
March 16, 2017 at 02:13 #1292556Ok I lost track of this towards the end of the day.
Looks like your 1st bet tomorrow is West Approach?
Ok. Nichols Canyon EW.
Tango De Juillet EW in the Plate. That’s a nap.

March 17, 2017 at 08:09 #1292944Its been a losing battle but the Wars not over yet,Holywell was just an embarrasment,as was Champers on Ice and Another Hero.Alpha des Obeaux will win a national one day but thats his limit.Today however will see a Gold cup where at least half a dozen have serious chances and whatever I bet in my day of race bets my heart will be cheering home Cue card.Paddy knows he is on the best horse in the race and it will be a case of just keeping a lid on his emotions during the race.If the rain comes Bristol des Mai is still the e/w bet in the race for me but I just have the feeling this morning that Jonjo will have a major say in this.Obviously I’m hoping Defi du seuill can keep his unbeaten run going and I’d like to see Wholestone win the ‘Albert Bartlett’ with Battleford and old Eastlake supporting…Whatever happens its still been a brilliant Cheltenham and ITV Racing have played a leading role.Good luck all,its time to get back in the trenches and dodge those bullets.
March 17, 2017 at 08:35 #1292952Are you showing a profit though Gord?
I see I jonahed a couple of yours early doors!!
March 17, 2017 at 12:54 #1293035Look at the first five words he said
March 17, 2017 at 17:27 #1293129Should have laid the 1/5 before racing started!!
March 17, 2017 at 17:48 #1293141Ouch – that’s carnage Gordio. Good on you for putting your neck on the line though. Hope it hasn’t bruised that ego too much. You’ll bounce back next year I’m sure!!! I’ll try and show you how it’s done again this flat season ;)
"this perfect mix of poetry and destruction, this glory of rhythm, power and majesty: the undisputed champion of the world!!!"
March 17, 2017 at 18:08 #1293148I’d wear the crown, but it’s so stretched out with his big head that it’d be like a hula hoop for me :/
5/1 and 12/1 winners, ooooh yeah baby yeah
March 17, 2017 at 20:28 #1293201Not quite the 5 grand you were up a few years ago TAPK but we all have good and bad Cheltenhams. Mine wasn’t great either but agree I really enjoyed it despite the defections of some of the best horses. I’m sure you’ll be back next year as good as ever
March 17, 2017 at 21:00 #1293210The Ante-Post Pauper.
