Sir Gerhard 20-1 for now.
November 12, 2023 at 15:01 #1670247For a festival winner who def more likely to be here now id say that a nice e.w price
Pick 3 on Saturday champion 2025/2026
November 12, 2023 at 17:59 #1670279Wouldn’t give him a hope in hell myself
Just looks to have plateaud and his novice form doesn’t look much good in hindsight
Also wouldn’t have him as a strong enough stayer for a test like this
But it’s a game of opinions
November 12, 2023 at 18:03 #1670280He’s a 3 mile point winner FF so no issues there , Mullins has worked the Oracle here before with horses in the stayers
Pick 3 on Saturday champion 2025/2026
November 12, 2023 at 18:08 #1670282A point to point doesn’t mean much re stamina imo
They are very young horses and must jog round for them to get home
The stayers hurdle a completely different kettle of fish
Just think he’s stopped improving and isn’t at the level required to win this. Feels like yesterday’s horse to me.
November 12, 2023 at 18:11 #1670284Greengrass – I’ve done the same as you and echo your sentiments ….
ABSOLUTE NOTIONS 50/1 EW

It’s an open division. Not too many miles on the clock for an 8 year old. Was a bit of a beast as a juvenile/novice when fences didn’t get in the way. Worth a go.
November 12, 2023 at 18:16 #1670286Where do they go with GERHARD ? That was a heavy fall today and I certainly can’t bet him going forward, too risky as confidence surely knocked out of him now
November 16, 2023 at 20:27 #1670653Apparently they may try Sir Gerhard again over fences so will leave him be for this for now.
December 1, 2023 at 15:13 #1672364Marie’s Rock won’t be winning this they will probably try the Mares again.
December 1, 2023 at 16:39 #1672370You’d imagine relkeel next
She’s too free going for 3 miles
December 1, 2023 at 18:24 #1672383I just don’t think she,s as good as the hype
Pick 3 on Saturday champion 2025/2026
December 1, 2023 at 23:05 #1672411She’s a good mare
Very competitive in mares grade 1s at her best
Open grade 1s maybe just beyond her unless well placed and ideal track and trip
December 3, 2023 at 15:40 #1672628Elliott has just suggested that Teahupoo may well go straight to the Stayers’ Hurdle, as he’s best fresh.
December 17, 2023 at 15:41 #1674220Will try Sir Gerhard 20-1 again. Waiting confirmation of a Xmas hurdle run where he is challenging for favouritism.
December 18, 2023 at 05:18 #1674304I’ve tickled him again , surely it’ll be hurdles going forward
Pick 3 on Saturday champion 2025/2026
December 28, 2023 at 14:01 #1675370Extremely good from Irish point
Robcour have the two best staying hurdlers in britain and Ireland by some distance it seems
