Nottingham 4.20
Star Seeking win
Impressive debut winner in September winning going away in the closing stages then eased down at the line. Runner up took more one run to frank the form. The display was full of potential and the horse was put away for the season. Some disappointment that he did not reapoear this spring and his return is pretty much unheralded. His odds on opponent has had several race course outings and was a nck second last time out. There is some value in the fact that the selection is not favourite here and if fit may readily account for this field. Steps up to over a mile now.
Interesting that Sir Michael Stoute travels to the Midlands when there is a meeting at home.
Ran well but ultimately outrun by experienced rival. Jockey Fallon was also worth his weight tactical ride on winner took many lengths out of field at start eased up then settled before delivering decisive thrust.
3/15July 17, 2021 at 17:00 #1551127“Quotes on Ever Present (IRE)
He likes nice ground. He won’t be able to run in the amateur handicap at Galway because he hasn’t run three times,. I don’t know where we’ll go next but we might look for another one of those races. He loves it around here so we might come back here. I presume he’ll get a handicap mark now. Mikey has ridden three winners and they’ve all been on the one horse. He rides very well.

Win and place bet
The Curragh. 5.10
Has done everything right winning flat and bumpers. Classy horse and gives all and should go well again here.
Galway festival the target so may just need the run. So emphasis is on the place here.2nd 4/17

Havingagoodtime. Win
Confident choice given head to head over one horse which has superiority in turn over most of the field.Further Reasoning later on ( if needed)
July 18, 2021 at 13:39 #1551223Havingagoodtime a ready winner
Reasoning graded hurdles winner and plenty of experience over chase fences.
The invaluable head to head record which I swear by, indicated the horse was relatively unexposed in this company save for several meetings of clear dominance over Trees valley.
That horse in turn had dominance in meetings with most of the field. As it turned out only one horse troubled the selection along with further back Trees valley.
Jumping left plenty to work on but a fair win.

Should put on a bold show.

Ran very well attempting to make all, built up a good lead. Caught by favourite closing fences, held on for third 6/1.

Certainly looks the clasiest of these and is taken to confirm good showing in the states and Europe. Has won on all types of going and can handle small field.
Certainly beaten by the better horse.

Steps up in trip and should win
Calebetta e/w the only horse to have beaten the selection.Easy enough win for wonderful Tonight calebetta could not land a blow in behind.

Acleanpairofhooves. Ew
Ran well when last seen and taken to out experience to use on testing ground. Likely to still be behind the odds on favourite.
A very good runner up at a very decent 14/1

Has a interesting looking assignment on debut for the Elliott yard. Winning pointer will go off a short price favourite and may assert readily.

8/28August 11, 2021 at 10:24 #1554302Lady Hayes listed race Salisbury
Win
Has to see off Technique here.
But a line through last year’s winner Alphinista suggests that is quite possible in this listed race.
Her last race second to Alphinista says she can pull off a win here today.
Technique arguably sets her sights lower after a goodwood beating from 117 rated lady Bowthorpe.
Alphinista won a group one in Germany this weekend. Lady Hayes has a course win and some more good form in the book suggesting all will not be easy for the principles in this race. Lady Hayes also beat a rival now rated 107 earlier in the day… and that form was carried into battle at royal Ascot and although not firmly franked, carries some substance at this level.

Debut maker for Joseph O’Brien
And a long lay off for this ex Dermot Weld runner suggests connections put him away after a fine debut win followed by second to subsequent Breeder’s mile star Order of Australia. A lowly rating of 92 looks 15 short now given a subsequent 7f win and follow up run behind palace pier on Sunday and it would be very disappointing if this horse ran out of the frame even with a long absence.

Tashgheel. Each way
This one has been sent over from Ireland,is totally unexposed and has a good win in the locker. Debuts for Grant Teur. Has a very low mark for this level but growing operation looking to make a mark and would love a York winner. Significant they are tilting at the final race.

Right Destination. Win
Chantecler each way
A selection earlier so disappointing I’m sticking a second raft of selections for the first time.
This one won twice for Nicky Henderson last summer. Runs here off top weight after four runs for new yard. Having dropped below last winning mark, the hood is dispensed with.
Right Destination
The more likely winner here and was held up and ready to strike approaching the final run of hurdles last time. Hung badly left and lost all chance running on for third.
8)36August 22, 2021 at 15:25 #15578413.40
This runner
Drops two grades today and was a winner here last time in a class three by 11 lengths
Just once. Win
Won last two hurdles races and second in the third race. Bang in form and someone in the racing post not doing their job. (as usual.)
