I advise doing the quickstep.
You wont get on the site
but you’ll have a lot more
healthy fun
June 12, 2007 at 18:08 #64269I’ve made about four fruitless attempts already today to access the forum.
What is causing this persistent and annoying problem?
June 12, 2007 at 20:00 #64270The problem is being caused by an image file from mediaplex.com loading.
June 12, 2007 at 20:20 #64271Hopefully it’s fixed now – let me know.
June 12, 2007 at 20:38 #64272Seems to be fixed. Thanks.
June 12, 2007 at 20:47 #64273Great – thanks wallace.
We will shortly be launching the redeveloped site which will run on a different server. The technical team who have been behind the redevelopment will continue to be on board so hopefully one of TRF’s stumbling blocks (i.e. my technical inexpertise) will be eliminated.
Until then you’ll have to put up with my amateur attempts to tackle these problems.
Sorry people.
June 12, 2007 at 20:59 #64274I don’t think there is any need at all for an apology.
Cheers, Corm.

June 13, 2007 at 10:48 #64275Tried to acces the site last night and this morning and only just managed to get in now..
June 13, 2007 at 11:00 #64276Anybody would think people were paying a subscription to this site!
Be grateful that Cormack took this site on – and, the expense and time to run it.
Rant over.
Regards – Matron

June 13, 2007 at 11:30 #64278Matron,
We are indeed indebted to cormack and apologise if it seems we are impatient.
I’m still having problems with the hanging window and it is quite annoying. although no one is to blame. Hope the redeveloped site is free from this problem.

June 13, 2007 at 11:34 #64279Matron,
I think those posting were just letting Cormack know that there was a problem and that it was ongoing, rather than in any way whingeing.
I completely agree that we are massively in debt to Cormack for taking on such a big, awkward, and often thankless task!

June 13, 2007 at 17:14 #64282Seems much better now. Well done Cormack and anyone else that helped in solving the problem.
June 13, 2007 at 19:06 #64283Not sure it’s completely fixed but definitely improved. Let me know if any major probs remaining for anyone.
