I think even with the bad draw it’s hard to see Silent Witness being beaten.

Although it will never happen, it would be great if connections sent him to the Breeders Cup to take on the unbeaten Lost In The Fog in the sprint.

No need for concern. Evens favourite. Won comfortably by 1 1/4 l from best Japanese sprinter Durandal. Ran the six furlongs in 1.07.5.<br>

Great news, what a great champion he is, now thankfully back running in the right sort of events.

Shame about CoGH, he must be fed up with seeing SW’s backside disappearing inot the distance for the umpteenth time. They’ll have to play him some videos of the UK sprinters to cheer him up.
